We live by Our Beliefs: Do Good, Obsess Over Customer Experience, Own Our Success, Compete To Win and Never Give Up.We are looking for Service Manager - Human Resources**Job Summary**:To facilitate recruitment and administrative functions of the Human Resources Department.Responsible for areas of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, events, workers compensation and other employee-related tasks.Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both hard copy and soft copy database and ensure all employment requirements are met according to the hotel standard.Oversee the staff facilities cleanliness and maintenance including staff locker, staff gym, staff split shift room, staff lounge, staff cafeteria, etc. To ensure staff welfare are well taken care off.Supervises and guides all staffs to ensure adherence of the hotel's Human Resources policies and procedures.**Requirements**:Possesses a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources Management or equivalent. Knowledgeable of Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Ordinance (Sabah Cap. 67) is an added advantage.2 years Human Resources management experience required preferably in the hospitality industry or minimum 2 years working experience in the same capacity with 4 Star or 5 Star international class hotel.Well versed in Human Resources and Payroll Management System (HRIS Systems). And excellent skills in Microsoft Office, HRIS system and online recruiting resources.Outstanding oral and written communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Good organizational and time management skills with self-motivator, creative and passionate to lead by example.
