Site Agent

1. To ensure all work progress according to work programme prepared.2. Assisting Project Manager in ensuring all the works are according to specification and regulation on site.3. To ensure all necessary safety control measure in place during start execution.4. To ensure material order & delivery on require schedule.5. Plan, direct and organize construction team including Sub Agent, Senior Foreman, Foreman, Assistant Foreman to carry out construction works according to the approved method statement and programme6. Work with the project manager to plan for subcontractors' manpower resources and equipment7. Arrange progress meeting and manage subcontractors to ensure the completion of project according to the budget, schedule, quality and safety.8. Prepare look ahead working programme and supervise the sub-contractors to implement accordingly9. Review resources requirements and plan ahead the work, examine method statement with risk assessment in accordance with site constraints to ensure efficient site operation10. Monitor and control the material wastage. Arrange the construction sequence properly with the effective use of equipment. Minimize the wastage and double handling11. Check and review daily reports, daywork records, abortive work records12. Arrange subordinates to perform their duties according to the Quality Plan or departmental manual13. Work with the Compliance Department to carry out quality inspection and self-checking according to the approved Quality Plan and Safety Plan14. Work with the project manager to set up emergency team. Execute and direct all security measures and discipline on site15. Inspect all materials and work to ensure the compliance with contract specifications and regulations16.
