The Site General Manager is responsible for the overall factory operation including production, production control, Quality, Engineering, warehouse/logistics, supply chain, Finance, HR, expansion / improvement projects. To be responsible of profit and loss. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or its equivalent. 7-10 years experience in food and beverage industry. Experience in production techniques (LEAN, Six Sigma, Kaizen), plant management, logistics, supply chain, warehousing.Familiar with production and machineries, hands on in production line.
