-Requirements
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Massage, Foot Reflexology, Body scrub, Spa and etc
Discipline
-Responsibility
Must be well groomed and in full uniform.
To provide courteous service and professional advice to the client.
Provide professional and equal service to each client.
Check the client’s requirements for message with him/her and that he/she is comfortable during message.
Provide detailed explanation on the massage treatment for first timer.
Provide the treatment recommendation to the clients.
To promote and recommend products to clients.
To assist manager on explaining about pampering treatment to clients.
Respect client's privacy and do not gossip with client or about other clients.
Ensure cleanliness of massage rooms and staff room and overall premise.
To promote and protect scent aromatherapy image and reputation.
To abide by staff rules and regulations.
To perform all duties as assigned by company.
All therapists have to do cleaning duty according duty roster as assigned by company.
