JOB PURPOSE : In charge of developing business opportunities. The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. They will manage client accounts and come up with the new sales ideas. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans and to provide all types of support as instructedACCOUNTABILITIES : Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partnersâ needs and goals.Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.Protect organizationâs value by keeping information confidential.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Provide all types of support as needed in the various areas of the Executive Chairmanâs responsibilities.Coordinate tasks and projects with internal and external stakeholders the Executive Chairman deals with.Prepare talking points, speeches, presentations, correspondence, reports, proposals and other documents for the Executive Chairman, many of which will require research and the gathering of information from various sources.Meet with suitable parties on behalf of the Executive Chairman and accurately summarize the message for reporting.Manage special projects for the Executive Chairman and any other tasks as instructed.SPECIFICATION:QualificationMinimum Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Literature, Psychology or Sociology.With 4-6 years of working experience.Require strict ability to observe protocol when meeting high profile individuals and to be sensitive to discussions that may be political in nature.Good grasp of classical liberal ideas.Able to multi-task effectively and adapt quickly to the wide-ranging and diverse tasks that will be assigned.Resourceful, able to use own initiatives to get the job done.Meticulous attention to details when preparing and reviewing documents, especially when it comes to language and grammar.Able to work on cross-partisan basis and maintain confidentiality.Good record of extra-curricular activities when in universities.Willing to work late (or early) and weekends when necessary.Good awareness of current affairs and political issues.SkillProficient in use of Microsoft Office and other related software.Outstanding interpersonal skills.Strong initiative skills, working both independently and as part of a team.Positive and proactive attitude as well as emotionally intelligent are crucial.Excellent skills in teamwork, leadership and communication.Aggressive strategist with proven ability to close the deals via strong and persuasive closing skills.Strong attention to details and accuracy.You may view our website at www.citaglobal.my for more information about company.
