In your new role you will: R- esponsible local buyer for selected commodity (FM invest & services) T- o negotiate well and ensure that all purchases comply with company standards. T- o plan, schedule, communicate and monitor the necessary requirement/ facilities for meetings, workshops, any special projects and activities for the selected commodity. E- nforcement of procurement control via implementation of all relevant procurement processes and methods within Infineon. S- upplier sourcing, qualification and evaluation according to established supplier management process. D- rive strategic supplier management program towards achieving overall target for Quality, Cost and Delivery. T- o ensure all purchase specifications/ requirements with commercial term and conditions have been included in the contract.You are best equipped for this task if you have: D- egree/Master in Business Admin (BA), Economics or Engineering with good BA knowledge and experience. P- referably more than 3 years' experience in purchasing, business administration or planning function within manufacturing environment. G- ood knowledge of purchasing/business administration/planning processes, tools and methods. G- ood interpersonal and negotiation skills is a prerequisite. O- peration:- Order process, delivery follow up, vendor portfolio management, payment terms, incoterms, etc. S- ourcing:- New product and supplier sourcing, alternate source, change management, etc. S- upplier Management:- Supplier Qualification & Improvement, Supplier Evaluation, supplier audit and vendor performance review, etc. C- ontract Management:- New contract creation, alignment, maintenance and obsolution.
