Specialist Production Planning Logistics

In your new role you will:Manage the end-to-end execution of purchase orders for Delivery needs, including communication with suppliers, order placement, order tracking and delivery on time.Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure right wafers with right quality are started and delivered to right destination.Review suppliers, planning and logistics area periodically, generate ideas to make the collaboration more efficient and robust.Generate and communicate demand plan and obtain commitments from Supply chain planners and inhouse.Provide feedback, Standardize tracking , and resolve issues related to the execution of purchase orders, including discrepancies in quantity, quality and returns.Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement on delivery commitment for urgent parts.Monitor and measure high ageing production lots in supply chain flow.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain, IT related or equivalent.At least 1-3 years' experience in semiconductor Production logistics/supply chain/manufacturing.Experience in Production Planning with managing Delivery needs.Able to communicate and work together with all level of people & with good communication skills.Posses good analytical skill to perform deviation management.Familiar with SAP, Tableau, VBA which are required to support daily operation and report development and creation.BenefitsCoaching, mentoring networking possibilitiesWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorFlexible working conditionsHoliday child careMedical coverageOn-site social counselling and works doctorHealth promotion programsOn-site gym, jogging paths, beachvolleyball, tennis & soccer courtOn-site canteenPrivate insurance offersFlexible transition into retirement
