OS is a leader in special applications such as infrared components for smartphones or autonomous driving. Your new responsibilities

- Full responsibility of MOCVD AlInGaN epitaxy growth process development
- Drive continuous improvement of the epitaxy-structure and identify equipment development potential.
- Improvement of process stability, performance and cost.
- Transfer new developed structures into the production environment
- Planning and execution of experiments and analysis
- Failure analysis and definition of countermeasures What we look for

- At least a master degree or PhD in Physics/ Chemistry/ Engineering or similar fields
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience with semiconductors preferred
- Experience as project member leader is preferred
- International work experience is preferred
- Experience with MOCVD/epitaxy growth especially in the AlInGaN material system and characterization of III-V semiconductor preferred
- Understanding of the work principle of opto-electronic components is preferred
- Analytical thinking and scientific working style
- Self-driven and strong team player with keen technical ability, analytical skills, systematic approach, detail-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork and positive attitude
- Familiar with standard MS software, scientific software (Cornerstone, minitab, origin and etc.)
- Good command in English is required and German language skills is preferred. Your benefits
