Sport Retail Assistant (Rm1800-Rm2,200++) Midvalley

Title : _**Customer Service (Retail Associate) **_Location : _**MIDVALLEY**_Working Days : _**6 days, 2 shifts (Follow retail hour)**_Basic : _**RM1800 - RM1900 (Junior) | RM2000 - RM2100 (Senior) **_Will provide : _**Outlet incentive + OT**_**Responsibilities**:- Being on top of our brands' product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs & treated according to the company promise.- Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items- Involved with the Visual Merchandising team to guarantee the store is in accordance to our brand guidelines, displays are serving to attract customers to walk in to the store- Contribute positively & proactively reach out to customer in order to achieve individual and group sales target by increasing the UPT & ATV and returning customers- Ensure Store Opening, Closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands- Proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins and any items within the store at all times- Directly involved in working with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks are with no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving- Being the Company representative by complying with Brand standards.**Requirements**:- Min SPM & above.- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field (Retail).- Highly motivated with good insight of customer service.- Pleasant personality, fun and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday.**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
