Staff Engineer/ Section Head - Customer Engineering

Responsibilities: 1. To provide technical interface to customers and the fab. Ensure smooth exchange of technical data.2. To provide technical program management to sustain the customers.3. To participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development and qualification.4. To aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development and introduction program for customer.5. To provide active support/technical expertise to Sales and Marketing to close new business.6. To own and provide technical support to customer tapeout, own and process prototype lot, coordinate or support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time.7. Work with Yield Engineering to meet or exceed product yield entitlement.8. Work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals. Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field.2. Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field such as IC Design, Yield Engineering, Process Integration, Product Engineering, Product Quality, NPI, Reliability and/or Failure Analysis. | Login | About Us |
