ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop firmware for embedded servo control system in hard disk drive, code writing in C/C++ and microprocessor language for the servo modules. Lead servo integration activities such as firmware feature development and qualification, process validation and firmware release to production lines to support program schedule. Handle data analytic, testing/performing failure analysis and provide solution to support program needs. Collaborate, communicate and provide functional advice with cross-functional teams and management team during interlock meetings.

Qualification

REQUIRED

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.

PREFERENCE

Knowledge with MATLAB, data visualization, data processing and database query languages such as SQL will be an added advantage. Experienced with hard disk drive industry will be an added advantage.

SKILL:

Embedded firmware-programing skills in C/C++ and low-level Assembly language. Experienced with code repository managements such as SVN, Gerrit/GIT.
