Store Assistant

Responsibilities:
- To monitor in-coming and out-going stock movement.
- Ensure goods received from branches & suppliers in good order and condition.
- Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.
- Ensure pack items securely to be delivered from the warehouse.
- Reports any discrepancies in inventory records to store manager.
- Receives store deliveries.
- Files all delivery and inventory receipts.
- Uses inventory software to keep track of orders, returns, and supply.
- Reviews shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
- Writes up inventory reports detailing any overstock or missing items.
- Submits orders for replenishment of inventory.
