**Job Descriptions**:- Carrying out the entire recruitment process from beginning diligently.- Crafting job requirements and descriptions for all positions in the retail department.- Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) requirements.- Conducting orientation, training and development programs for new hires.- Managing employee records and payroll data of all retail staff.- Coordinating with Store Manager and other HR personnel.- Ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed by the employees.- Evaluating the performance of retail staff and providing the necessary feedback.- Reporting on employee turnover rates- Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal employment**Job Requirements**:- Experience as HR in Retail industry is an added advantage.- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skill.- Resourceful and a good team player.- Able to work independently.- Able to work in a fast pace working environment- Able to multi-task with minimum supervision and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/15/2024
