Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
To supervise receive incoming goods from vendor in good order and correct quantity as per vendor delivery notes.
Coordinate and control receiving and issuing of inventory on daily basis.
To contact with the outsource truck in the morning for goods delivery to outlet.
To confirm with lorry driver for the stock loading and unloading.
Ensure inspection for each delivery of equipment and materials before acceptance.
To issue goods to the production line and practice First-In-First-out (FIFO) procedure and to maintain up to date stock records, stock movement record and inventory record.
Comply with regulations to ensure safety, cleanliness and security of storage area and walkways.
Stop and control unauthorized access into warehouse area.
Stock management – storage according to location assigned, issuing according to schedule.
Ensure all stock movement are properly recorded.
Prepare inventory reports and handle in inventory stock count.
To supervise, guide and direct the activities of storekeeper responsible for warehouse activities.
Responsible for lost or damaged items in warehouse.
Responsible for any other related duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirement :
Must possess at least Certificate / Diploma or above.
Good verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and ability to organize are essential.
At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field.
