This position also supports the Company's performance management especially in delivering timely and accurate insights of business performance.Roles & Responsibilities:Organizational Strategic Planning- Work as Business Partner to actively participate and provide challenge in the department's strategy formulation, implementation and tracking of long-term strategies and short-term initiatives.- Facilitate the timely production of the yearly business plan and budget process throughout the organization's business divisions, while aligning with the overall organization's strategy.Performance Management- Engage respective partners, influence and assist the development of operational strategy implementation and appropriate dashboards to track key performance indicators.- Facilitate organizational business reviews to evaluate performance, monitor the progress as well as gathering learnings/ insights. This includes assisting in preparing information for management report, daily sales report, etc.- Influence and engage in business development activities to achieve performance objectives and targets as well as provide ad-hoc project support for corporate-level management reporting.Business Case- Review business' submitted Business Case and constant follow-up on the projects to find out on the progress.- Ensure preparation of Post Implementation Report after completion of the project or initiatives.- Conduct tracking of the responsible department's strategy performance and implementation, e.g. verification of benefit delivery after go-live.- Provide up-to-date business insights for decision making.- Build quality of relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Job Requirements:- Education - Tertiary qualification in Finance / Business / Actuarial Science- Experience - At least 10 years of working experience- Special skills - Highly numerate, diligent, resourceful and independent, ability to multi-task and prioritise. Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
