Sub Contracting Buyer (Puchong)

**Responsibilities**:- To develop, source, negotiating and establish contract with subcontractor, monitor work progress of subcontractor which meet project requirement & delivery on time per purchase order.- Establish potential subcon which meet project requirement and coordinate with QA to audit vendor.- Prepare FRQ to subcon and tabulate commercial bid evaluation.- Review commercial bid evaluation, discuss & propose the right contractor to project lead.- Negotiate with subcon and issue purchase order or form a subcontractor agreement- Leading the preparation of negotiate cost impact or schedule change with subcon and inform project lead accordingly.- Document change / modification make, request for supporting document from subcon submit document for project lead verification prior issue addendum PO.- Report subcon work progress weekly to project lead.- Collaborate with bidding team if required estimate price during bidding.- **Job Requirement**:- Diploma/Degree in business studies./management- 7 years and above relevant work experience in oil & gas industry.**About The Company**:The company is a JVC of Local Established Fabricator company and China Based company which is a pressure equipment manufacturer and provider of integrated pressure equipment solutions, offering traditional pressure equipment, modular pressure equipment and value-added services associated with the pressure equipment in industries, such as chemical, pharmaceutical, personal care chemical, mining and metallurgical, oil and gas and electronic chemical industries.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
