Job Summary- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, LMS and Employee Profile expert who has done minimum 4 years of SuccessFactors. Experience with 2 full life cycle implementation and 2 Support experience in PMGM and LMS.- Additional Experience on Support of EP, Career and Development (CDP) and Succession planning ( SP)Must Have Skills- At least 3 year experience in PMGM and LMS modules- Should have strong experience in implementing Success Factors PMGM module for customers.- Deep expertise in following areas in PMGM:- Configure Goal Plan templates- Configure Performance form templates- Configure 360 templates- Configure Calibration templates and create sessions- Knowledge of xml- Import goals and launch forms- Manage Competencies and behaviors- Design Route Maps and Rating Scales- Continuous Performance Management configuration and integration- Manages security roles and user access permissions- Mapping Business Requirement to the workbook- Demo of PMGM end to end process to HR Stake holders- Ad Hoc reports- Deep expertise SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management & Administration- Virtual Learning System- Customizing Notifications and Certificates- Multi-Level Approvals- Security- System Administration- Competencies Management- External Requests (SF-182)- French Government Reporting (2483 Reporting)- Commerce- Training Planner- Offline Player- Offline Learning App**Support Skills required**:- SF troubleshooting skills for PMGM and LMS Modules- Perform root cause analysis and Troubleshooting, resolutions within the SLA.- User requirement gathering- Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements.- Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.- Conversant with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management updates.- Connect with SAP Success Factors Support on tickets if required.- Translations, RBP, Sync Jobs, etc.Major Roles And Responsibilities- Excellent client handling skills during the implementation.- Work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong learning ability, agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments, ability to analyse issues and recommend workable solution.- Excellent delegation, negotiation and strong people management skills:- Excellent communicator with good articulation and consulting skills- Pleasing, flexible with a positive attitude- Good people motivator exhibiting strong people management skills
