Supervisor Production

Job Description Main Duties & Job Responsibilities 1. Prepare daily task planning in section and monitor absenteeism. 2. Validate unresolved issues from previous shifts as well as streamline settlement. 3. Before starting production review of production planning and make adjustments if needed. 4. Ensure that raw materials, boxes, machines, and other equipment are in good condition. 5. Generate daily thrusts and validate output status and production quality and make improvement meet daily goals. 6. Confirming the cause of downtime and repairs to prevent it from recurring and performing temporary repairs. 7. Confirm the daily report of the leader and team member and collect all of their daily reports and record the achievements and trends of the target. 8. provide guidance when defects occur (quality, machine). Requirement 1. SKM 3 and above. 2.
