Details of the offer

Sales support for daily operational activities. Monitoring the sales and order process.- Key in sales order (SO).- Follow up delivery status & work closely with third party logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.- Documentation Filing: Sorting document and arrange all PO, SO, DO and POD- Submission of payment reimbursement.- Arrange booking of shipment, follow up shipment booking and status.- Some task needed to involve or deal with others department.- Involve in supply chain management, data entries & transaction, data preparation and any ad-hoc tasks**Job Requirements**:- Detail oriented and aggressive interpersonal and communication skills- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel & PowerPoint)**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
