Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production- Position Title**:Supply Chain Executive**:- Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Jurong East)- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5.45 pm- Salary Package**:Up to $3,900 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus**:- Duration: Permanent**Key Responsibilities**- Consolidate the finished goods supply forecast and translate it into packaging supply plans in alignment to ensure the production plan runs smoothly within healthy inventory levels for the Singapore Plant- Work closely with suppliers and production planners to resolve supply issues- Handle all packaging material inventories, including excess and obsolescence- Manage artwork changes, including new product launches, with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Marketing & production teams and production planner)- Issue purchase orders in the ERP System to suppliers for the purchase of packaging materials and finished goods- Support transactional activities within the ERP System such as updating inventory receiving and issuance, receiving purchase orders, intercompany billing, suppliers' invoices verification as a backup function, and liaising with Finance Team- Support projects involving end-to-end supply chain processes, such as ERP-WMS systems integrations, new product development, beverage container return scheme 2025, SOP development, supply chain dashboard development, rental pallet management, etc- Review and improve overall Supply Chain Processes & drive simplification**APPLY NOW!!!**- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline- At least 2 years of related working experience- Familiar with end-to-end Supply Chain Processes (Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay)- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and Material Management Systems in a production environment- Knowledge of Material Planning is preferable- Able to start work immediately or at a short noticeAnradus Pte Ltd | EA License No. 20C0161 | Adelin Chong | EA Reg No.: R1875641**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,100.00 - RM11,700.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you aware that this position is based in Singapore?
