Job DescriptionIndividual contributor to lead Supply Chain Management in PKM, role may be expanded depending on individual progress.Establish and transform the Supply Chain team towards an integral part of the organisation to support Company objectives and business model.Responsible for Commercial business partnering, Sales and Operation Planning, Replenishment / Inventory Management, 3PL management to support 6x business growth in Malaysia.This position is expected to lead, synergise and integrate end-to-end Supply Chain across cross functional stakeholders to establish an efficient Supply Chain to drive lower cost and reduce working capital requirements.Part of Supply Chain Leadership team to deliver SC transformation milestonesAn effective communicator to lead and influence cross-function collaboration to deliver SC KPIs.Key stakeholders - Sales and Marketing, Group Supply Chain, 3PL, Order Processing, Finance, Manufacturing and R&D.RequirementMinimum University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.Min 7 years of relevant experience, preferably from FMCG environment.Preferably with relevant professional certifications like American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).Job InformationIndustryOthersEmploymentPermanentPosition LevelManager - DepartmentWorking HourNORMALLanguageEnglish
