Close monitor production progress and ensure the schedule is able to fulfill the committed delivery date to the Customer.Proactively identify and review support production work order status to communicate or update the order fulfillment status in a regular basis. Analyze delays and interruptions and adjust production schedules accordingly to meet deadlines.Support the Supply Chain Manager and the planning team by engaging in all operation functions for monitoring the execution of the production schedule/plan andInvestigate Issues, analyze root causes, and execute improvement solutions to resolve any potential issues such as schedule delays or material shortages in a timely fashion.Plans to replenish or produce MTS inventory by reviewing materials and supplies requirements from business system reports.Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operationsMaximize production batch size and proactively review excess and obsolete inventory and forecast.Ensure to achieve OTIF to customer orders through proper planning, forecasting, and proactive communication with all cross functions.Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.Coordinate with the operation team and Technical team and escalate issues to the Manager for attention as required.Ability to pull waste, an independent thinker resulting in process improvements, as well as, actively involve in SLOB inventory action with bringing solutions forward.Ability to be a team member on special projects as business needsEnsures compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.Assists with performing a variety of internal projects, cost-saving projects provides professional guidance and information, and support and recommends appropriate solutions.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
