We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.- Ensure that settings and parameters of the information systems on the site is relevant and comply with the local Supply Chain needs- Ensure training for end users and new comers- Monitor the local Supply Chain information System to avoid any deviation compare to the Group standard- Ensure the ad equation between the needs of Supply Chain and the functionalities provide by the Supply Chain Information System- Implement locally new functionalities according to the local needs of Supply Chain- Ensure the interface with Regional Supply Chain Applied Systems Manager- Reported and described to the Regional Supply Chain Applied Systems Manager needs in terms of evolution of functional information system of the supply chain- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to maintain the continuity of supply chain flow (monitor interface, ensure that Poka Yoke is in place and applied)- Manage the Inventory Cycle Counting and analyses gaps in link with internal flows analyst- Manage internal periodic inventory- Regular contact with others departments outside the work group, participate in Cross Functional Teams- Support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System- To inform about customs matters, raise issues that cannot be solved at plant level and participate to Customs kaizen workshops, audits and inquiries for his perimeter- Link with the site customs brokers to coordinates the information flow with forwarders & warehouses- Drafts, maintains and publishes site's Supply Chain customs work instructions for procuring, receiving, selling, shipping and warehousing related to clearance processes to be included in the site quality assurance manual- The site work instructions will include, among others, how to communicate customs data and documents to brokers, how to validate pre-declaration (where applicable), how to follow up the declaration status and to archive customs documents. The work instructions are validated and audited by the Country Customs Manager- Trains site team members on customs work instructions in order to lead disciplined import and export operations- Acts as a "customs champion" for his perimeter.
