Supply Planner (6 Months Contract)

**Supply Planner****Purpose of the Job**:- Performs an effective plan-to supply cycle, creation of master schedule plan to production & daily inventory movement which will be used as basis in weekly S&OP meeting.- Responsible to assist provide monthly raw material consumption plan to Senior/Material Planner by 10th working day each month.**Main Accountabilities**:- Attend daily production meeting at site and highlight any delayed in production impacted the supplies to operation.- Daily tracking & updating MPS planning based on current production performance and escalate if there is any plan delayed that impacted the supplies.- Co-ordinate on raw material availability, packing schedule & packaging requirement.- Update weekly data for S&OP calculation & distribute to Customer service.- Update weekly raw material usage following week and discuss with Material Planner.- Update plan for packing activities and distribute to operation.- Execute and connect with the production department to ensure the production plan is implemented effectively and finished goods inventory can match demand and dispatch requirements.- Monitor and maintain stock movements activities as per planned and schedule.**Minimum Requirements**:- Tertiary education, Certificate in Business Administration or Science or Chemistry or Supply Chain or equivalent- More than 1 year working experience- knowledge is an advantage.- Computer literate and proficient in using MS Office especially Excel.- "At Synthomer we value the difference everyone brings to work and we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, where people are supported to make their best contribution in creating a vibrant and successful business."_**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in SAP?- This position is 6 months fixed contract.
