Support Technician I

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:- Programming of mobile and portable radios (training will be provided).- Organise and pack radio kits for shipment. Assist with occasional, local off-site package deliveries using company vehicle.- Data entry into MS Excel spreadsheets and MS Word forms to include barcode scanning.- Assist with stock take and maintaining accuracy of subscriber inventory.- Assist with receiving, handling and dispatching subscriber goods coming into, or going out of the warehouse.- Pick and pack radio system parts/kits for customer specifications.- Assist with occasional unloading/loading of pallets on/off trucks with walk behind forklift (training provided- no ticket necessary)- Responsible for assisting engineer to perform test and validation on highly sophisticated communication products for professional commercial market during product development.Requirement:- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related area.- Familiar with soldering and rework.- Familiar with LTE/RF knowledge will be added advantage.- Familiar with equipment such as power supply, signal generator, audio analyzer.- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.- Able to work well with cross-functional teams.- Working Experience: 1 - 3 years.
