You will ensure excellence in the delivery of environmental and sustainability advice, guidance, and leadership at a site level.You will partner with the site manager and site team in environmental compliance, ensuring the site is complying with company and legislative environmental management requirements and supporting the same in implementing and driving the sustainability component of Bradken's Sustainability Strategic Plan.You will play a key role in supporting the site's response to day-to-day site environment and sustainability matters, you will coach and provide proactive leadership and guidance in the areas of legislative compliance, development, implementation, and monitoring of Bradken environmental and sustainability management systems and procedures, and assist in the identification and implementation of environmental management and sustainability improvement opportunities.As a data-driven professional, you will possess strong data analysis, analytical, and strategic thinking skills to support your role in monitoring site environmental and sustainability performance and providing recommendations on initiatives and programs to improve site performance.You will have strong knowledge of environmental compliance with a passion for sustainability and driving change, who isn't afraid to challenge, lead by example, and communicate effectively to lead the way in our environmental management and sustainability efforts during an exciting phase of growth.
