Talent Acquisition Manager

Job description Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentoring, and support as needed.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
