Are you driven, results-oriented and a team player? With 15,000 customers in over 15 countries, StoreHub's mission is to make business awesome for everyone by providing retail & restaurant businesses the technology and services they need to succeed. At StoreHub, we're building a dream team whereby all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and are highly effective collaborators.  It is on such a team that you learn the most, perform your best work, improve the fastest, and have the most fun.  If this is a journey you'd like to embark on, keep reading! We're looking for an innovative and discerning Talent Acquisition Manager who functions as a strategic business partner; ensuring that Talent Acquisition approaches proactively service company objectives and business strategies. As the Talent Acquisition Manager in the People Department, you'll be bringing direction to recruitment strategies and employer branding, as well as shouldering responsibility for the Talent Acquisition team's professional representation of the StoreHub brand and work ethics. You don't need to know everything about our industry (even we don't!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself. You must be able to thrive in an environment where there are constrained resources, and product/market fit is just being established. REQUIREMENTS What you will do: Maintain meaningful work relationships with leaders in the company to have a firm grasp of business strategies in order to address current and long-term talent needs. Develop innovative and efficient approaches to source, interview, assess, and acquire the best talents for StoreHub, in order to optimise funnel conversion.  Ensure that the above-mentioned approaches are scalable, and prioritise automation - moving away from manual processes. Align and apply the TA strategies, processes, and recruitment methodologies with the StoreHub country offices within the region, while taking into account the different countries' cultural nuances. Be an ambassador for our EVP by setting and managing the company's tone of voice and messaging strategies, as well as increase positive engagement across all internal and external talent touchpoints. Create and maintain a Talent Acquisition (TA) Playbook that documents the knowledge, scopes, and performance standards of recruiters, as well as the assessment and acquisition strategies, processes, and procedures. Work together with internal stakeholders (i.e. C-level executives, Heads of Departments, and Hiring Managers) to ensure a streamlined understanding of expectations around the hiring process and assessment methodologies. Measure the effectiveness of TA service delivery by developing team goals, monitoring performance via tracking tools, and evaluating the execution of the TA team members' KPI. Guide the TA team to engage candidates via multiple sourcing options and techniques to build an ongoing talent pool, while effectively identifying and sharing promising profiles of candidates with Hiring Managers. Coach the TA team to be able to gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, do lead sourcing, filtering, assessments, and negotiations with vendors. Actively and frequently collaborate on HR business strategy projects with a multicultural People Department. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR data integrity, and adherence to government regulations. You would be great for this role if you have: Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, and prior experience leading a team. A strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The necessary skills and experiences as a recruiter to create/explore innovative/novel ways of assessing candidates' competencies, strengths, drive, behaviour, attitude, culture fit, etc. (through interviews, assignments, social experiments, etc.) Skills in relationship-building across functions and levels, and able to present information articulately to a diverse group of stakeholders (including C-level executives). An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude. An inclination towards solution-based thinking and data-driven decision making. Understanding of the local labour law and regulations, and of corporate policies. The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. BENEFITS What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!): Our people - for real! StoreHubbers are some of the smartest and most interesting people you will work with. Expect to do a lot of peer-learning. Culture of Candour. We embrace directness, hate bureaucracy, and move fast. If you're tired of 'corporate nonsense' you'll feel right at home. Cutting edge tools. If something can be automated, we'll make it happen. You will be introduced to over 20 different tools we use that support basic tasks, so that we can focus our minds on the kind of work that matters. Data availability. The biggest benefit of using a lot of tools is that we have a LOT of data and easy access to analytics. This helps us make more informed decisions and get more precise outcomes. It's the Impact that counts. We recognise that results are not tied to the number of hours put in to achieve them. There's no reward for long hours with poor results and there's no penalty for going home on time when you're producing excellent work. Of course, to be great, most of us have to put in considerable effort, but hard work and long hours are not how we measure or talk about a person's contribution. We do have all the other cool perks too: Free Nespresso Coffee Fully stocked fridge and pantry - ice-cream, snacks, and more yums Free Season Parking - no more roadside headaches Medical and Dental Outpatient Visits + Medical Insurance Apple Macbooks for everyone Learning Budget - for courses, books, and levelling up We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at StoreHub.
