Talent Acquistion Specialist

**Responsibilities**:- Support permanent, contract & outsourcing employment.- Take ownership to communicate with clients (local and/or overseas) assigned / acquired to identify staffing needs & understand job requirements.- Build highly-skilled talent networks & pipelines.- Build long-term and trusted relationship with new and existing clients.- Achieve high success closure rate to ensure fulfilment of revenue targets.- Involve in job fairs & recruitment events when necessary.- Assist to build and expand clientele base.- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior.**Requirements**:- Minimum of Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.- Experience in volume recruiting is a plus.- A result-oriented person.
