JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENT
? SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field
? Minimum 3 years experience in the area of customer service (call center is advantageous)
? Prefer applicant who have experience as Supervisor / Team Leader customer support field
? Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills
? Required language(s): MANDARIN (Compulsory) & English
? Full-Time position(s) available.
? Good communication skills
? Must be able to work on Rotating Shift
? Willing to work at PJ (nearby LRT Asia Jaya)
RESPONSIBILITY
? To lead the day to day running of the campaign
? To conduct training for the team.
? To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve
the problem by providing the right solution
? Identify and escalate issues appropriate
? Follow up with the customer on pending cases
? Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer
emails
? Create report in the system
