Team Sales Manager, Retail Telemarketing Centre

**Team Sales Manager (TSM)**- Accountability:- Monitor, review and analyze performance to ensure results are on track and if not recommend solutions / action plan for rectification- Achieve team level sales target of all assigned products, including cross sell target- Source, select and recruit sales people- Mentor top performing sales staff to become future sales manager- Manage non performers- Supervise sales people to ensure that they meet activity standard- Work with Decision Management for quality leads- Coach sales people to achieve the targeted approval rate- Lead all staff to meet the bank's compliance procedures and guidelines- Retain performing and potential sales people- Motivate and counsel sale people to be high performers- Qualification & Experience:- Academic Qualifications: Degree or professional qualifications- Experience:- Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a sales team- Demonstrated sales performance excellence- Strong people skills
