The main responsibilities include team building, providing technical guidance, organizing technical innovation activities, conducting technical risk assessments and preparing technical proposals for bidding projects, technical planning and proposal preparation for ongoing projects, coordinating and addressing technical challenges, organizing technical quality inspections to ensure overall efficiency of the technical team and successful project delivery.Responsibilities and requirements of the Technical Director:**Professional Skills and Engineering Experience**:(1) Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 20 years of professional work experience.(2) Extensive experience in engineering with leadership capabilities.(3) Strong technical background and expertise in relevant engineering fields.(4) Experience in successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.(5) Excellent leadership and personnel management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.(6) Strategic thinking and ability to align engineering work with business goals.(7) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.(8) Familiarity with project management methods and tools.(9) Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.(10) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.**Leadership and Coordination Functions**:(1) Implement industry standards, company technical management policies, and technical management systems, responsible for overall planning of technical penetration management in the Southern Region.(2) Communicate effectively with other members of the management team, and correctly execute regional technical strategies and directives from superiors.(3) Organize the development of annual goals and work strategies for the technical department based on the overall objectives of the 14th Five-Year Plan for the region.(4) Lead and motivate the engineering team, provide guidance and assistance to facilitate the professional growth of technical personnel.(5) Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and engineering departments to ensure technical leadership and alignment of technical work with other business needs.(6) Organize technical research and optimization activities within the technical team, and summarize innovative achievements.**Technical Team Building Responsibilities**:(1) Establish close connections with consulting firms in the region, obtain project information from them, stay updated on industry development and technological trends, and seek technical support from consulting firms.(2) Organize the recruitment of technical professionals within the region, improve and dynamically adjust the technical department's structure and personnel composition.(3) Develop performance indicators for the regional technical department, provide process supervision and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations.(4) Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promote knowledge sharing, and encourage cross-functional collaboration.(5) Identify training and development needs and provide technical personnel with opportunities for skill enhancement and career development.**Project Technical Management**:(1) Organize early-stage technical research for marketing projects.
