**About the Role**As a member of the Specialized Recruiting Team to support our Business Units in IT Staffing, you'll work with hiring managers and our clients in developing creative strategies to find the best talents**Roles and Responsibilities**- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from gathering requirements to conducting interviews to offer management- Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to improve and streamline recruitment processes- Timely updates in the recruitment system to adopt a data-driven approach to recruitment**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shift**Experience**:- Technical Recruitment: 2 years (required)
