Join in and feel the difference.**Job Description**:- Planning, development, and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program.- Supervision of tasks assigned to students.- Provide the necessary instruction / knowledge to the trainees.- Keep up to date apprenticeship procedures and policies. Control and improve policy indicators.- Implement the educational plan of the Technical Training Center (TGA).- Develop the material, manuals and practices needed for classes.- Organize and schedule classes, materials and practices for the students.- Primary focus on Electrical and Electronics curriculum development and instructions.- Electrical Wiring and Safety requirement based on electrical standards.- Secondary focus on Control System (Electrical Drives, PLC and Micro Controllers).- Safety Committee. Establish proper risk assessment and control for TGA and HR**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronic or equivalent field- 5 to 10 years experience in equipment automation/ equipment maintenance/ mechatronics and with some experience as a trainer- At least 2 years as a technical trainer- Instructor experience in a technical training organization.- Industrial hands-on experience.Additional Information- Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc- Company Insurances and etc
