We are now searching for Technical Writer, this role is direct permenant with client, HQ in UK to be based in Malaysia branch office located at Petaling Jaya.Client Industry: IT Industry ( Software and services to store)Location: Petaling Jaya (open for hybrid)**Salary**: RM 5000 to RM9000**Job Descriptions**- The role will act as the owner for all documents created and maintained within the CCoE and its partners as well as the document management system used.- Conduct an audience and task needs analysis for documentation, focusing on what the various audiences need to be able to do and know. The audiences range from end-user customers to service personnel.- Research and gather technical information.- Become a user advocate for the products you document.- Collaborate with engineers and other technical specialists to translate their knowledge into clear and straightforward documentation.**Job Requirement**- Excellent understanding and proven experience in using **Madcap Flare, FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, Microsoft Office, and content management/source control tools such as Subversion and GitLab.**:- Working experience within an IT based team or organization.- Understanding of Document Development Life Cycle (DDLC), and technology concepts, including Cloud based.- Locally based in Malaysia Only**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
