Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, CCTV , IT and other systems.Able to work independently and in a team with responsibilitySKM 2 and above, Certificate in electricity, building maintenance or related fields or SPM and equivalentNew graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports overall operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, following up repairs and optimizing all facilities on kitchen equipment but not limited to plumbing, safety procedures and protection systems in a safe and orderly manner. The goal is to keep the kitchen equipment in good condition. This position also creates value for operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance that leads to increased uptime and reliability thus helping restaurants meet their production and quality goals.DUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: :Performs Restaurant Planned Maintenance Tasks as assigned.Inspects equipment and operating systems and corrects if necessaryEnsures mechanical operation, standards and controls maintained at high quality.Perform preventive maintenance every time/schedule that has been set.
