Technician (Spfm-Kl)

Sunway PFM is Hiring! We are looking for an energetic team player to join our Property Management Team. The candidate will report directly to the Building Manager and be exposed to the overall property management Job Responsibilities: To effectively carry out repair works (customer complaint/building defects) as per work order generated or upon superior’s instructions. To ensure that all works carried out are properly documented and reported to superior upon completion. Ensure all work orders issued are completed without delays. Supervision of service/maintenance contractors to ensure that all services provided are in accordance to the agreed service level Supervision of renovation contractor to ensure that works has been done in accordance with plan and condition approval. To carry out daily inspection of all the M & E installations and prepare a daily reports stating the operating condition. To trouble shoot and rectify all electrical and mechanical faults immediately. To carry out all types of plumbing works such as clearing of blockages, rectifying leakages in common area, etc. To carry out handyman’s works such as mason works, carpentry works, painting, general repairs Our recruitment team will reach out to shortlisted candidates only
