Job Description
TheTest EngineeringDirectorwill be based inPrai, Penang.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
Build and manage a test group to deliver competitive advantage through several senior leaders in support of Flex business strategy
Partner with other Directors to establish objectives and action plans
Ensure the development of test platform solutions for diversified industry segments covering a wide range of products and volume mixes for consumer electronics
Ensure budget, schedules and performance indicators meet corporate guidelines
Provide technical and strategic guidance to senior leaders
Develop and continuously improve methods, systems and processes in a complex and rapidly changing environment to improve customer satisfaction
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce
Managing a test group of approximately 200 people
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of test engineering experience in printed circuit assembly and proven ability in managing a dynamic team
Radio wireless major background
More than 5 years RF product work experience
Knowledge on basic RF components as like PA/filter/mixer/coupler/switch/attenuator/PLL/VCO/modulator/detector
Experience in big scale project start up and ability to lead an interact with counterparts across different region including China.
Knowledge on RF parameter as like power/gain/I&Q/PSK/S parameter/Harmonic/IP3/NF/PN
Operate RF meter as like NA/SG/SA/PS
Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.
