Yokogawa Products of Prosafe-RS, Prosafe-SLS & Prosafe COM.- Involve with Engineering Tools of Yokogawa eg.g yGET, PRIM, project engineering, and related.- Compile materials to ensure training programs are delivered using high quality resources.- Conduct relevant research to stay up to date with industry trends.- Monitor, follow up and report on training activities and the effectiveness in co-ordination with Human Resource System(HRS) and Yokogawa Global Training Centre.- Involve in promoting leadership in planning, development of Training Manual and execution of training needs for Yokogawa personnel.- Participate in advertising and marketing/promotional activities related to Training and assist Department head from time to time.**Requirements**:- Ability to speak fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Minimum 2 years of related working experience with sound exposure to virtual training.- Experience in sales/marketing is a big plus.- Good presentation and people skills.Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
