Training Executive

**Employment Type**: Full-Time**Company**:Avidity International**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and prepare training materials- Coordinate training programs including scheduling, venue booking and set-up, handling payment and HRD Corp grant and claim submissions, and training registration.- Perform Conduct training evaluation- Effective maintenance of training records and resources- Assist in managing in the Learning Management System- Upkeep training resources- Prepare Generate training reports for strategic internal discussions- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and advancements in training and development**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 1 year experience in L&D roles is a plus.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software platforms.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.- Proficient in utilizing technology, with a high degree of tech-savviness.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.URGENT HIRING!!**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- We must fill this position urgently.
