Training Officer (1 Year Contract)

**Responsibilities**:- Assist in the development of Annual Training Plan, coordinate and implement training plan with internal / external trainer- Ensure training room, facilities, or transportation and accommodation required are in place- Collect, update, and maintain proper filing of training record, evaluation, certificates and related documents- Update employee training record and training hours timely- Assist in planning, coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and company festival celebration event**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience- At least 1 year of experience in HR, training and development field- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skill- Good computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office- Knowledge of the HRDF claim procedure and other relevant legal requirements**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift- Weekend jobs
