**Training Operations Manager****Job Locations**:Malaysia (remote)**Job Type**:Regular, Full-Time**Working hours**:8 am - 5 pm CST**About HTA**:**About the role**:As a Training Operations Manager at Health Tech Academy, you play a pivotal role in executing our learning programs, ensuring the effective delivery of training, and managing our team of coaches. Your focus will be on providing a seamless learning experience, overseeing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training initiatives.**Responsibilities,** include but are not limited to:- **Program Execution**: Oversee the execution of different initiatives around the learning, ensuring they align with industry standards and the product vision- **Coach & Instructors Management**: Hire and onboard the coaches for each product and manage the coaching sessions for all of them- **Training Delivery**: Ensure the proper conduct of training sessions, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.- **Student Support & Career Services**: Collaborate with the Student Support & Career Services team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to students throughout their training journey.- **Process Optimization**: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training operations.- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any operational challenges that may impact the quality of training delivery.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the product team to align training programs with industry needs and standards.- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed documentation of training sessions, feedback, and any other relevant information.- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance and progress of students throughout their training, providing additional support as needed.- **Resource Development**: Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the standard of training programs.- **Data Analysis**: Analyze training-related data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance training programs.- **Task Management**: Utilize project management tools like Jira to manage tasks, ensuring efficient coordination and execution.- **Product Implementation Assistance**: Assist in the implementation of new training products, collaborating with the product team to ensure a smooth integration.**Requirements**:**Academic**:**Knowledge and Experience**:- 5+ years' experience in training operations or related roles.**Competency Identifiers**:- Proficient in Computer and Microsoft Office Applications.- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.- Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving and addressing complex operational issues.**Other Requirements**:- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Passion for education and a commitment to delivering high-quality training programs.- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
