We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Trustee team in the role of Trustee & Fiduciary Services Manager. Principal Accountabilities: To manage and contain the legal, contractual, legislative, reputational and litigation risks of GTFS in Malaysia through provision of legal advice, solutions, training and establishing appropriate procedures to mitigate or control such risks. Keep and maintain healthy client's relationship by having regular engagement with them. The same applies to regulators Increase level of legal expertise in the team. Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including timely implementation of recommendations made by auditors and regulators. Work closely with CCO to address operation risks issues and help management mitigate or avoid such risks where possible. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.8 of the Securities Services FIM. Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Qualifications Requirements: LL. B graduate with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry or legal firm.
