We're committed to creating unmatched digital experiences around the globe with offices in San Francisco, New York, Lagos, and Lahore, Pakistan - and to further our mission to beachside in Türkiye.We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team.Come build with us!**Responsibilities**:- Create simple and delightful user experiences for our customers.- Build smart, effective websites/mobile/tablet apps that drive user engagement.- Be an essential bridge between design and front-end engineering.- Maintain existing websites/platforms/visuals with a critical eye to optimizing the user experience.- Lead projects both large and small while collaborating with the rest of the design team, product managers, and developers.- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.Skills Required:- Have experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar layout/mockup tools.- A portfolio of design projects real or fictional- Being able to use raster and vector design tools i.e Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools.- Proficiency in the English Language- Team player- Self-motivated- Time management, being able to define deadlines and deliverWhat we can Offer:- Excellent monthly compensation in USD- Evening and Night Shifts- Quarterly Bonuses upto 200% of the monthly salary- Health insurance- Paid time off- Parental leave- Referral program- Gym Memberships- Work from Home / Hybrid approach- Internet, Travel, and many more allowancesAbility to commute/relocate:- istanbul: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Benefits
