Vice President, Compensation & Benefits-People

Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Human Resources- Location: Malaysia-**Responsibilities**:- The C&B VP supports business in designing, implementing and communicating policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the HR strategy and business goals across the different functions and countries for both white and blue collar employees.- This position applies regional and local guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the C&B function and ensures they are well implemented across all countries.- Act as a day-to-day compensation interface for the assigned business including C-level, people team and business managers in assigned area(s)- Implement C&B processes, policies and programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy- Market research to ensure C&B policies are relevant, competitive, and aligned with compensation strategy and direction for the line of business- Accountable for the operational management, implementation and continuous operation of Compensation programs & projects**Job Requirements**- Education: Bachelor / Master degree required, preferable in HR, Economics, Finance and Mathematics- 8-10 years of experience, preferably with significant time spent in a regional C&B role- Prior experience in managing large scale of employee populations- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality, particularly on sensitive matters.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.- Strong vendor management, and customer, and customer service orientation skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
