Warehouse Assistant Supervisor

**Working hours**:Mon - Thurs (830am-600pm)Friday (830am-630pm)Sat & Sun off**Responsibilities**:1. Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.2. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.3. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.4. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.5. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.6. Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.7. Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.8. Communicating and coordinating with other departments.9. Any other task that may be assigned.**Requirements**:- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills- Prefer male Mandarin speaker for daily communication.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
