Warehouse Coordinator @ Kajang Warehouse

Responsibilities Part 1 '" Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs 1. To ensure warehouse operational standards are met according to Warehouse SOP. 2. To ensure delivery orders are issued timely for all invoices. 3. To ensure orders are pick and pack accurately and timely. 4. To assist the Management in performing other related duties which may arise from time to time. Part 2 '" Secondary roles which supports the primary roles above 1. To check and process order in the system. 2. To execute picking/packing and ensure the goods picked are tally with Delivery Order; quantity and batch number. 3. Replenishment of stocks into shelves and ensure stocks are arranged and pick according to FEFO basis. 4. To assist in daily/weekly and monthly physical stock count. 5. Provide assistance to Warehouse Coordinator/Senior Executive in completing the warehouse operational requirements. 6. To ensure all documents are filed according to filing system (Invoice, Delivery Order, Consignment note, product transfer, product requisition, stock adjustment/stock write off form). 7. Monitor & conduct physical count for packaging materials (eg. Marketing tools, warehouse packaging materials). 8.
