Lumileds is headquartered in San Jose, California, with operations in Singapore, Malaysia and the Netherlands and sales offices throughout the world.**_ Together with its customers, Lumileds is making the world better, safer, more beautiful_**_—_**_with light._*******Position Summary**:Supervise a team of warehouse personnel to ensure the provision of professional incoming goods, storage and dispatch service to customers, encompassing both speed and accuracy.**What You Will Do**:- Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.- Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all inventories moving in and out of the warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.- Ensure all sales orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner- Supervise a team of warehouse employees to accomplish warehouse and organization KPI by completing related results as needed.- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions and ensure all equipment in good working condition. Plan for PM and call for repair on a timely manner if required.- Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements- Pay attention to all LSCS awareness and attend schedule PSCS training.**What You Will Bring****(REQUIRED****Qualifications****)***:- ** MUST be willing to work on SHIFT.** **Rotating Shift Pattern between 7AM-7PM **OR** 7PM-7AM.**:- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Strong knowledge of warehouse documentation, with good writing skills.- Solid project management skills are essential.- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.- Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.- Education_- (Minimum Level)_- Bachelor's- Field of Study_- Business or other related fields, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.- Years of Experience_- (Minimum)_- 1 - 3 years**Lumileds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer**05/16/2019- Lumileds Talent Acquisition
