Warehouse & Supply Chain Executive (3Cat)

(Job posting on behalf of 3Cat)**RESPONSIBILITIES**:Inventory Management:- Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet operational needs while minimizing carrying costsWarehouse Operations:- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.Supply Chain- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, lead times, or delivery schedules.- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain processes and minimize disruptions.- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfactionLogistics and Transportation- Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers, and negotiating freight rates**REQUIREMENTS**:- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and hardworking.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Required languages: Mandarin and English.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.**BENEFITS**- Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO) and EIS Contributions- Annual Leave entitlements- Related Job Scope Training provided- Opportunities for career progression and advancementPay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have past experience in Warehouse & Supply Chain management?
