Details of the offer

Manage and complete fibre installation with comply to company SOP.- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.- Solving customer problems and complaints.- Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions.- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home).- Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fibre, smart devices, and computing.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:- Commission pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- wifi installation: 1 year (preferred)
